with copper plumbing. The Sears is $350.00 and $700.00 for the McCray.

model and it came with an icemaker the cost to install would be $75.00.
The icemaker for the McCrays may also be ordered with a wooden fascia and
icebucket for an additional $150.
-
Retractable wheels to allow the icebox to sit directly on
the floor yet allow one person to move it if needed, $220.00. We
have plans to also offer bronze castors for the smaller iceboxes up to
25 cubic feet. These will be visible.
-
You have a choice of door panel profiles and cornice and
base trim styles. From plain rounded corners and edges with no trim
to an ornate look with crown molding. Carving and appliques are available
for the face frame, door frames and door panels. Prices quoted on
request.
-
Your may choose to have the back of your icebox paneled like
the sides and front instead of using beaded board that was used on most
antique iceboxes. This would improve the appearance of the back of
the box if you were planning on placing it in the center of a room.
Prices quoted on request.
Options for the McCray Style Only:
-
Your have a choice of either wooden or insulated glass door
panels. The wood panels are standard and come with your choice of
profile. The insulated and tempered glass panels average around $50
extra per door for plain tempered glass and $160 to $220 for doors with
the wavy and bubbled restoration glass.
-
Interior lights with bronze bezels and stained glass globes.
Around $120 per small door, $240 (two lights) for large doors. A
plainer but attractive light using a G25 decorative bulb with bronze bezel
can be had for $80 per light. Both the stained glass and the G25
lights require a single controller per icebox, which is priced at $100.
-
Your choice of interiors, either marine varnished wood, white
Plexiglas, marble or ceramic tile. The Plexiglas interior is standard,
the varnished wood will be around $300 extra, the costs for the marble
and tile will be quoted on request.
-
Wooden crisper bins for the refrigerated sections.
Average cost is $220.00.
-
Two evaporator coils. The second evaporator is set
to provide high humidity air to a refrigerated section(s) so vegetables
can be kept fresh without crisper bins or closed containers. This
allows you to display your vegetables out in the open, which is especially
attractive if you plan on having glass doors. Prices quoted on request.
-
You have a choice of location for the compressor, either
inside the unit (standard in the bottom, top-mounted is optional) or located
remotely in the basement or other area. Remote location costs around
$300 extra on our end and another $250-$300 at your end to have an EPA
certified technician install it. This eliminates heat and compressor
noise and increases your storage capacity but it also makes it immobile
unless you have it disconnected first.
-
The overall dimensions, number of doors, symmetry of doors,
number of columns of doors and the amount and placement of the freezer
space are all things that you can specify with the McCray style icebox.
-
You may choose to have all refrigerated or refrigerated and
freezer space.
-
Authentic one and two gallon Red Wing Stoneware icewater
crocks with push-button chrome-plated spigots are available with the Roseland
Icebox Company name and logo fired into the glaze on the backside.

and $300 each.
